Big and Little

If you knew Xavier as a baby, petite was not a word used to describe him. For most of his life, Xavier has been in the 90% for his weight. Here is a picture of him at 12 months of age:

OK, this isn't the best picture to compare, but she is definitely much skinnier.
As of her 12 month check up, she is 17.85 lbs. and 28.75 in., which puts her in the 10% for weight and 50% for height. Here's hope that she will be tall and skinny! She must have some kind of super metabolism, because she often eats more than Xavier and almost as much as an adult!!!

At 12 months, Aubrey is crawling and doing some cruising, but hasn't stood or taken steps on her own yet. She likes to push things arund, like chairs, her doll stroller, etc. And she LOVES to climb. We honestly don't think Xavier did as much climbing at her age, but it was probably because he had to much weight to heave around (ha-sorry Xavier) She says Mama, Dada (let the record show that mama was first)points, claps, kind of gives kisses, does "so big", and says "ooh" when she is excited. SHe also blows on her food to cool it off- cute!
