In blogger when you are posting, there is a little icon that looks like a chain and that's a link button. So you can highlight the word that you want to become clickable and then click the chain icon and then put in the blog address. If you CTRL/C to copy the address before you click the word, you can just CTRL/V to paste after you click the chain icon. I hope that makes sense!
