Growing up, we made many trips to the Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, IL. It was great to be able to take my children there. While Shawn and the guys were busy with Justin's bachelor party (an all day affair that included paintball, whirly ball, and lots of adult beverages), my parents and I took the kids to the zoo. Xavier loved it and Aubrey went all day on about 30 minutes of sleep...she was a trooper!! They were awfully crabby by the time we got back, but it was well worth it. We had a great day!
